Our journey begins
in Barcelona 💥
In an apartment (or “piso” in Spanish) located in an old building 🏠 in the city center, once the hub of nightlife for artists and tourists in the 1930s.
The name “PISO ROJO” evokes the atmosphere of that old building with red lights, a place full of stories and a certain provocative sensuality.
This unique environment inspired our brand, transforming the apartment not only into a place of residence but also into a space for creativity and sharing.
Our story
On an afternoon coffee tasting, Piso Rojo was born. Four friends gathered in the same space, sharing their passion for coffee, which led them to start this project with the aim of showcasing the side of coffee that’s worth experiencing.
That’s how Felipe, Juan, Daniele, and Francesco (two Colombians and two Italians) decided to combine their expertise and create new possibilities with specialty coffee.
